Pedestal type dual robot arm waterjet cutting solution, including six axis robotarm, R.O. system, high-pressure intensifier pump, suction system，cooling system and two working station . The main body of the 6-axis robot is installed in the middle of the positioning frame of the two station internal trimming die. The high-voltage coil is installed on the shaft robot body, the high-voltage cutter head is also connected to the end of the high-voltage coil.

Robot water jet cutting has a variety of structural types. The most common structures are ceiling type and pedestal type. The cutting platform structure includes rotary workstation and fix station. The safety protection structure has the type of completely closed house, semi closed house and photosensitive safety fence. Robot water jet cutting workstation generally uses 1-6 robot arms, and a high-pressure booster pump can provide up to three robots working at the same time.
